It arrives set to size and requires no additional setup, delivering ready-to-cut functionality. Moreover, the holders are equipped with internal coolant as a standard feature. Available in standard sizes from 16 – 32mm (0.63 to 1.26&quot;). TSD is ideal for high volume, high-precision reaming applications in steel and grey cast iron components like yokes, engine blocks, rocker arms, and more.<br/>The solid reamer body is more stable than comparable modular designs with multiple connections which can produce tolerance stack up. The body is a one-time investment, while the disc can be replaced to OEM specs up to 5-times for overall cost savings and efficiency. Total cost of ownership is far less than comparable tooling options.<br/>Designed with durability in mind, the straight fluted TSD ensures the optimal bevel lead geometry can be utilized for performance and chip control throughout its extensive service life.
